The Coaches' Club
🇮🇹 “The Coaches’ Club”, è un programma pensato per offrire agli allenatori l’opportunità di arricchire le proprie conoscenze tecniche, tattiche e manageriali grazie alla presenza di coach e dirigenti con esperienza di alto livello, in realtà che spaziano da NBA, NCAA, Eurolega, Eurocup e Nazionali.
Il programma sarà svolto completamente in lingua inglese, sulla piattaforma Zoom, con una cadenza mensile di due/tre incontri al mese, compresi tra gennaio e giugno 2025.
I partecipanti avranno accesso esclusivo a 15 lezioni live, suddivise in quattro moduli:
- X’s & O’s: Coaching Strategy
- Maximizing potential: The Power of Player Development
- Excelling in your role: Leadership at all levels
- Winning as an organization: Front Office Perspective
Il roster degli speaker sarà diviso in membri dello staff tecnico e dirigenziale della Pallacanestro Varese: Maksim Horowitz, Marco Legovich, Herman Mandole, Luis Scola e Zachary Sogolow; e ospiti esterni del calibro di: Marco De Benedetto, Mario Fioretti, Riccardo Fois, Roberto Iezzi, Nenad Jakovljevic, Alessandro Magro, Alessandro Nocera, Ryan Pannone, Marco Ramondino e Sergio Scariolo.
Si ricorda che il programma di apprendimento online avrà inizio a gennaio 2025
🇺🇸 "The Coaches' Club" is a program designed to offer coaches the opportunity to enrich their technical, tactical, and managerial knowledge through the presence of coaches and executives with high-level experience, in realities ranging from the NBA, NCAA, Euroleague, Eurocup, and Nationals.
The program will be conducted entirely in English, on the Zoom platform, with a monthly cadence of two/three meetings per month, including between January and June 2025.
Participants will have exclusive access to 15 live lessons, divided into four modules:
- X’s & O’s: Coaching Strategy
- Maximizing potential: The Power of Player Development
- Excelling in your role: Leadership at all levels
- Winning as an organization: Front Office Perspective
The roster of speakers will be divided into members of the Varese Basketball coaching and management staff: Maksim Horowitz, Marco Legovich, Herman Mandole, Luis Scola and Zachary Sogolow; and outside guests of the caliber of: Marco De Benedetto, Mario Fioretti, Riccardo Fois, Roberto Iezzi, Nenad Jakovljevic, Alessandro Magro, Alessandro Nocera, Ryan Pannone, Marco Ramondino and Sergio Scariolo.
