What is the program schedule?
- Speaker sessions will be held 2-3 times per month, and all subscribers will be notified of the exact time of the live sessions the previous month via email.
Who can join the Coaches' Club?
- Everyone is welcome! While the discussions will be geared primarily toward coaches, we welcome anyone interested in learning more about basketball and hearing the diverse perspectives of our speakers, including students, managers, players, S&C coaches, and basketball fans from around the world!
Can I interact via video call during live sessions?
- Yes, we will have a live chat feature available during each session, and we plan to have Q&A sessions with the speakers at the end of the sessions.
Can I watch a class if I can't attend the live session?
- Yes, while we encourage all subscribers to attend live sessions, all live sessions will be available on a shared drive within 2-3 days of the class recording date and will remain available for viewing throughout the season.
If I join the Coaches' Club late, will the recorded sessions still be available?
- Yes, season ticket holders who sign up at any point during the season will have access to all recorded sessions, including those they missed.
Can I download the live lessons?
- Even if sessions are not available for download, all live classes will be available for exclusive viewing within 2-3 days of registration and will remain available to subscribers throughout the season.
How can I access the videos?
- A Coaches' Club membership will provide access to all of our videos for the 2024-25 season. We will share the videos privately with our subscribers, and each member will be provided with information on how to access all available videos.
Will Italian subtitles be available?
- Yes, for recorded videos. For live lectures, speakers will speak in English, but subtitled recordings will still be available.
Can my club purchase multiple accounts using a discount?
- Yes, during the checkout process, you can select the "Club" option and purchase five accounts for members of the same club at a discounted rate. After purchasing, you will be asked to share the email accounts (up to five) for which you would like access to the program.
I purchased the course. What happens next?
- Thank you for your purchase and welcome to the Coaches' Club! We will be contacting all our subscribers in mid-December with further information on session times, video access, and initial topics/speakers. Stay tuned for more information! Late subscribers will receive an informational email shortly after purchase and will be added to our mailing list immediately.
Will my personal information be shared anywhere after I join the Coaches' Club?
- We will not share your information without your consent and will not share personal data with third-party vendors. You may have the opportunity to add your details to Coach-to-Coach contact lists, but you will be asked to do so before submitting any information.
Will there be additional sessions or opportunities to enhance my learning experience with the Coaches' Club?
- We plan to reach out to our season ticket holders throughout the season to gauge interest in additional targeted topics/sessions and other helpful coaching offers, which will then be made available for purchase at a low cost to our season ticket holders if their interest is sufficient.
Do you have Coaches' Club equipment/apparel available for purchase?
- Unfortunately, not at the moment. However, for those within the European Union, you can purchase some Pallacanestro Varese apparel here ! Please let us know if you're interested in Coaches' Club apparel so we can evaluate whether to make this option available for purchase as well.
Will I receive a certificate for completing the course this season?
- Yes, we will provide all registrants with a certificate of completion. We don't know how this certificate will be recognized by individual federations, but we're proud to provide it because you'll have spent this season learning from some of the greatest basketball minds!
